A Troubling Prognosis for DRC Elections. Despite the loud outcry by religious leaders and the Congolese people for a serene and transparent November 28th election, it is proving difficult to ensure fairness, above all, throughout the mass media. In September, the T.V. station RLTV was burned down for supporting an opposition candidate.
