Comboni-Missionare des amerikanischen Kontinents: Pastoralarbeit unter den Afro
Die Afro-Pastoral, die seit dem Kapitel von 1985 für die Mitbrüder des amerikanischen Kontinents eine Priorität ist, hat in jüngster Zeit sowohl bei der Organisation als auch bei der Modernisierung erhebliche Fortschritte erzielt. Seit einiger Zeit treffen sich die Beauftragten der Afropastoral von Brasilien, Peru, Ecuador und Kolumbien (P. Anoumou Mossi Kuami Bernardin, Brasilien; P. Laye Ayikoue Mawutodji Elysée, Peru; P. Raffaello Savoia, Kolumbien, Br. Alberto Degan, Kolumbien und Br. Abel Dimanche, Ecuador) virtuell jeden Monat, um Informationen auszutauschen, über gemeinsame Probleme zu sprechen und sich auf diesem Weg, der zum Comboni-Charisma so gut passt, gegenseitig zu ermutigen.

Das Buch „Wir sind Mission: Zeugen des sozialen Dienstamtes in der Comboni-Familie“ enthält eine Vielzahl von Missionserfahrungen im Bereich der Sozialpastoral. Das Material wird die Überlegungen während des Comboni-Sozialforums bereichern. Der Generalrat dankt allen für ihre Beiträge. Das Buch ist in gedruckter Form in italienischer, englischer, französischer und spanischer Sprache erhältlich.

Il sacrificio di questa missionaria ha implicato non solo la fine della sua vocazione religiosa ma anche di ogni speranza umana. Rimase infatti incatenata per tutta la vita alla sua condizione di moglie forzata.

Interview with Card. Ayuso Guixot, president of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue: "Pope Francis calls for a Church which goes forth, friend of the poorest, in dialogue with everyone and, in keeping with the Gospel, a Church that calls on everyone to recognize the centrality of the human person and his/her inherent dignity. He is evidently seeking 'allies and friends' especially among those who can draw on a rich spiritual heritage and age-old wisdom such as the members of non-Christian faiths. No one is saved alone".
