Elisabetta Marzo,PhD, a nurse from Milano (Italy), explained the role of her NGO, AISPO, in supporting the training of the College mentors who will follow up the clinical experiences of our students and their tutors in the hospitals. The application of this mentorship system will also help the hosting hospitals to develop their own staff  which  is also an expression of the work based methodology of the program. The College also has the support of the British NGO Books2Africa that already sent four shipments of 1,000 books each to create an updated library for the new students.

Another partner of this network is the Spanish company Proeduca, owner of UNIR university in Spain and MIU Miami City University. The company is providing different courses for the professional development of the College staff, particularly for the nursing staff, aiming at creating a department of online programs.

In one year’s time, this BSc in Nursing should move to the new premises, now under construction inside the Comboni Sports Grounds.
