Communiqué 2 – Registration form

Dear Comboni Family,
We bring you Communiqué 2 of the series ‘Comboni Family towards COP 30’.

1. Registration Form – We confirm the date of the Comboni Family Forum on Integral Ecology on the occasion of COP30 in Belém, Pará state, Brazil, from 11 to 18 November 2025. Arrival in Belém is scheduled for 10 November.

All participants must fill out the form and send it to us BY MAY 28.

2. Preparatory activities – Please note that the preparatory activities consist of three webinars, not just two. Please note:

- May 28, at 3:00 p.m. in Rome – Leader: Forum Coordination Team
- July 30, at 3:00 p.m. in Rome – Leader: Forum Coordination Team
- September 30, at 3:00 p.m. in Rome – Leader: Comboni Family of Rome

The webinars will be open to anyone who wishes to participate, and not only to those who will be participating in the Comboni Family Forum on Integral Ecology at COP30. We will send you a link to participate in each webinar.

3. Other important information:

- Travel to Brazil – International flights usually arrive in Guarulhos (São Paulo) and from there connect to Belém. COP30 is an event that will bring together around 50,000 people. It is advisable to buy tickets well in advance. Check whether you will need a visa for Brazil. Each participant pays for their own ticket.

- Accommodation – A host house has already been reserved in Belém for the Comboni Family group to stay. Participants will not be responsible for their own accommodation or food expenses. See the registration form for more details.
