November 12, 2025, as part of the Comboni Family Forum on Integral Ecology 2025, we had an intense day, beginning with a community prayer at the Sagrada Familia Social Center in Belem, Brazil, where, after placing ourselves in God’s hands, we gathered in small groups and went to different locations where the COP30 International Conference on Climate Change is taking place.

Sei progetti da Cisgiordania, Perù, Marocco, Bangladesh, Antille, Malawi sono stati premiati ieri a Roma da Caritas Internationalis nell’ambito del programma “Donne tessitrici di speranza” per promuovere la leadership e l’empowerment femminile. Sono stati scelti tra oltre 120 progetti. L’iniziativa, lanciata per il Giubileo della speranza, proseguirà per rafforzare la partecipazione della donna della Chiesa e nelle comunità locali. Yesterday, the People's Summit concluded with a masterful and historic event: the official presentation of the People's Summit Declaration to COP30 President Ambassador André Corrêa do Lago. The document outlines the struggles and proposals to address the global climate and socio-environmental crisis. The fundamental cause is the current economic system, which sacrifices nature and the life that inhabits it for profit and the accumulation of wealth.
