Yesterday, L’Œuvre d’Orient celebrated the 170th anniversary of its foundation, welcoming to its headquarters in Paris representatives of all the Eastern Churches it supports, including several Patriarchs. Among those present were also the following Comboni bishops: Mgr Claudio Lurati (Egypt), Mgr Menghesteab Tesfamariam (Eritrea), and Mgr Tesfaye Tadesse (Ethiopia).

La Conferenza Episcopale del Mozambico (CEM), riunitasi dal 14 al 21 aprile 2026 presso il Seminario Filosofico di Sant’Agostino di Matola, si è rivolta alle comunità cristiane e a tutti i cittadini di buona volontà. Salutando tutti nella gioia pasquale, i Vescovi hanno ribadito la fede nella presenza trasformatrice di Cristo Risorto nella nostra vita quotidiana.
